Finjim - please ignore me then! Yesterday's game pointed out 2 things to me:
1. Ginn should have been returnng kick's (and he should be returning punts as well) all along. It never made any sense to me whatsoever that he wasn't doing this. Shame on the coaches for that.
2. He is a marginal receiver, at best. Incorporate him into wildcat, use him 1-2 times a game for deep throws to keep the defense honest. That's about it. He will never be that #1, or even #2 guy we really need at WR.
Having said that, he needs to run the ball HARD on KO and punt returns every time. He simply won't take the ball up the gut because he's scared. don't think NE didn't notice that on their bye week. They will play contain on KO's and force him to use the middle of the field. That's the part of the field where Jay Feely monster-bit**'d him twice.
