I agree with what everyone is saying about Carroll. He should be the PR and KR, if he gets injured whatever, if Bess, Gates or Bush get injured that is a serious blow to our offense. I know Gates is a 4th round rookie but anyone that has been following this team in the preseason knows he will be seeing snaps this year

Among the cuts today were Tim Toone and Aldrick Robinson. I'd prefer either guy to Nolan Carroll at returner, personally.

But if they don't do anything, that's who I expect it to be.

What sucks more for the Bears is that they've put that guy at receiver starting above much more deserving players.

Yep, and while I suspect a lot of teams will be more encouraging to their explosive returners to take it out of the end zone, clearly we won't be one of those teams which may not hurt us all that much either.
