That throw to Wallace sums up the season for us.

I think the throw more accurately sums up the past 2 decades to be honest.

Don't understand all the hate on Wallace. His QB has yet to hit him in stride. Should have had 3 TD's today. Last catch would have been spectacular, just didn't happen.

When the ball goes the Wallace, it hits him in the hands or hits the turf. All of his catches are body catches. Dude has NO hands.

A $60 million dollar receiver has got to make that catch...

Wallace is like a Ferrari, very fast, and not very reliable and Tannehill can't freaking drive !!!

Put the ball on the money.....65 yards......pressure in his face.....I don't get it....

Here is all of Matt Ryan deep passes for the 2012 season. As you can see how many of his passes his WRs have to adjust to the ball because its underthrown or he throws it out of bounds. Balls aren't always put in stride. WRs adjust and make the catch. Like Julio, Roddy, and so many other great WRs in the NFL. A lot of these throws are just 25-30 yard passes but they do have a lot of long bombs.

If Wallace makes that catch he would've been down at the 2 yard line with only 10 seconds left. We still would've lost, no way the team gets down the field and set, then hike and make a play for a TD!

Not sure anyone on this board has any firsthand knowledge on the reliability of Ferrari's dude. Tannehill launched that pass under pressure 60+ yards down the field and put it in his hands yet that's not good enough for you? Maybe Tannehill should've caught it too! SMDH!

The throw was supposed to be to the outside but it went inside, Wallace had to adjust, and it gave the corner the time to catch up, and Wallace still had a good shot at reeling it in. Tannehill was hit and it affected the throw sending it inside. It was a decent throw considering it was under pressure.

Well dude, maybe if Tannehill would have hit Wallace with the other two times he was 5 yards wide open, we wouldn't have needed a last second miracle catch. Tannehill is horrible at throwing the deep ball, plain and simple. A qb that can't get his team to score points in the 4th quarter, isn't going to be starting in this league long. Make all the excuses you want, he is not the only problem, but he sure is one of them.

Had a chance to make a difference and didnt. I bet Brandon Marshall would come down with it. Or Steve Smith, or any other #1 receiver. Make a freaking play when it matters...

Marshall wouldn't have gotten past the defender. Maybe Ted Ginn would have. I'm SURE he would have caught it!

that was a great adjustment by wallace...the defender hit it out of his hands at the last moment. And it was a 65 yards on the button throw by tanne. Sure it didn't connect, but damn really how can you ask for more than that?

thank you!!!!!

people keep forgetting that Marshall ran out of bounds on his own with NO one there to tackle him

Wallace continually has to adjust his body to find the ball, he was wide open if Tannehill had place the ball better. Not gonna win anything with this combo, Wallace is probably the worst receiver for Tannehill they could pick, a deep threat for a QB that can't throw the deep ball. Even on the TD it was more to do with Wallace adjusting than Tannehill.
Both Tannehill and Wallace require time to adjust. This timing issues will be fixed by the end of this season.
