The best bosses a player can have Of course, Wayne is one:
Wayne Huizenga, Dolphins. He interferes with nothing, simply providing the best possible work environment for his team. He does show his appreciation, however.

When Dan Marino retired, Huizenga hosted a party attended by about 50,000 people at an expense of about $2 million. He flew in all of Marino's fellow quarterbacks from the draft class of 1983 and had Hootie and the Blowfish perform. He also spent about $1 million for a private black-tie party for Don Shula when the legendary coach retired.

Ownership is a big reason why Miami has had such success in general. Joe Robbie, followed by Huizenga has been huge for our franchise.

Excellent coaching, excellent ownership, and great weather bring a lot of good players to Dolphinland, we just need to take the next big step.

huizenga is a good owner because he doesnt interfere with the team and spends money...

The Expos are going to Washington, the Marlins are going to stay in Southern Florida if they get a new stadium (which they need badly, I don't seeing them play in the Dolphins house)

Great owners put together great teams. Yours and ours(though ours is mostly in the past, but looking better) are two examples of that.
