The best part about this win

i have to disagree with the op.

i would say ur reasons r prob last things on my mind about todays win.

best parts about todays win.

1. we win to go above 500, and stay in playoff race.
2. ryan tannehill has played much better the last 2 weeks, including a very good game today in a big spot in a hostile environment in bad weather. got rid of balls instead of taking unnecessary sacks, picked up 2 big 1st downs with his feet, including a 48 yd run where he prob scores if its not snowing, big throws, etc.
3. charles clay continuing to play outstanding football and be one of the more underrated players in this game. that 2nd td is a td most players would not have scored.
4. the o line continuing to play well. as one of the finheaven posters said in another thread, '' it helps when there are 5 men playing on the o line instead of 4 men and a women. great line
5. daniel thomas with his best game as a fin.

plenty to take away from todays game.

Three games left and we're in the hunt ... best part.

My favorite part of the game was when we went down 7-0 with 4 minutes left in the 1st quarter and, on cue, all of the faux fins fans came out of the wood work telling us about how the game was over.

Wake, Tannehill, Clay, and Thomas had some crow cooking for the haters to eat once the clock struck 00:00

The haters choking on their haterade was extra fun for me to witness

The best part about this win is we don't have to read all these bogus threads from WV, Strangeworld, and Dolphanfan1. I'm so tired of reading these bash threads after every loss. Funny how we never seem to hear much from these Debbie Downers after a great win. News flash Tanny is good and these guys can't stand it. Now that's keeping it real!!!!

And don't forget everyones favorite "Elle the Clown" who starts negative threads during games that we actually win.

I totally agree with you! For those who have been around a long time, me for +50 yrs, don't understand the significance of what Tannehill and this team has done this year. It's very significant because if you look at the litany of pathetic QB's we've had since DAN, this is the first one we've had to be on target for +4000 yds and +25 tds. It's even more significant when you consider what limited tools he has to work with. For the first time in a LONG time I'm excited to be a Dolphins fan.

I enjoyed that no matter how much the refs wanted to give it to the Steelers, twice on the last play alone with the no call on the wide receiver not being set and the forward lateral, our team put there big boy pants on and kicked some Steeler arse!

Oh, and MY favorite thing about today's win?

When the Steelers lined up to go for it on 4th down for the obvious 'try to get them offsides' play, the game mics caught the Dolphins players yelling 'BULL**** BULL**** BULL**** BULL**** BULL****!'

That was pretty funny.

This is the best game on offense in 2 years imo. There were plenty of opportunities for them to fold it up and not make the plays necessary to win, They made the plays. They didn't quit. The defense finally stepped it up and got a stop when they had to. Very refreshing to see that change, as this team has given away no less than 4 games, possibly 5.
