That's not really the best reason but for the first time in a long, long time, most people on this board are happy about something......it seems like at least 90% of the members here agree(which is very strange here) that we have hired the right guy for the job.At this point I haven't seen anyone hating the hire. That is very cool to me as we're all Dolphins fans and instead of fighting all the time with each other is good to see most agree on something. And that something is good.I can't wait to go into a season where we all want to win every week instead of wanting to lose so we can get a higher pick in the draft.

I still have reservations about Ross and how he runs the team, but hearing what Philbin has to say has set me at ease for now. He has a calming influence which I hope rubs off on both Ross and Ireland. Ross should stay as far away from a microphone for as long as Philbin is HC, because usually when Ross talks, it only starts problems.

Philbin was my guy. I didnt buy the "he doesnt call the plays" crap that spewed by know it alls. Now they see the real Philbin and he knows what the hell he is doing. Well, or course he knows, he just came from the Green Bay Packers.
