Chiefs @ Bengals this week

Do we want the Bengals to win? This is the more aggressive route, opening up the opportunity for Fins to take the top spot in the AFC with a first-round bye? (Chiefs would be 9-3)

Oooorrrr

Do we want the Chiefs to win? This is the safer option, opening up a nice cushion for a wildcard spot (Bengals would be 7-5)

Decisions. Decisions.

I think these decisions come down to whether we are playing for the division or wildcard. Right now I am shooting for the division but that could change quickly over the next few weeks.

I guess I'm in the minority here. Even if the Chiefs lose, they have the easiest remaining schedule in the league. I don't see them losing again. (They play the Texans and Broncos twice! Ugh!)

We would then need to win out to get the #1 seed (that sounds nuts to even say, wow we've come a long way!)

If we take the most neutral position here, taking our Dolphins glasses off and finish the season 3-3, we'd be 11-6

We should get in the dance but with this Bengals win, it would make things uncomfortable down the stretch

Luckily the Bengals schedule down the stretch is pretty tough (4th hardest schedule), especially if the rapist in Cleveland plays well

I also agree, the Chiefs are taking that #1 seed with that schedule. Bengals losing is best outcome for us, especially since they own the tiebreaker against us

The Chiefs lost to the Jills and Dolts. And while the Broncos may suck, they're still divisional games.

Like the post above so correctly states, if we just take care of our own business we'll be golden. But, in the last couple of seasons, when we got down close to the end we needed help from other teams and didn't get it. This year is totally different, we have McD, the ultimate secret weapon. Mike McDaniel, 5' 10 inches 146 lbs of super powered intellect able to leap division rivals, bend minds with fake punts, draft faster players than any other team, and look right on the 50 yard line it's McD, mild mannered football coach but if the situation calls for it he puts on his hoodie and upscale sneakers and becomes McD!!!!!!!!!

**** that. Fins glasses stay the **** on!

We keep winning and drink the tears of our enemies.

Since we don't play KC, I'm happy to root against them.
