...is the make-up and demeanor of our HC...we have moved from a "fail-forward-fast" gobble-de-gook approach to a HC that stated today in his press conference that "...one way to make the team is being tough...I like tough guys". If you compare the press conferences from last year to this year...what a change...dare I say that we finally have a real football HC and I am more confident than ever that success will follow...enough said.

well, you've got a new coach that recognizes from his time with Bill is that teams are built from the trenches out

its a bad cliche, but after the Cam & Mueller show where speed is paramount, it seems that they're building the right way.....next year will undoubtedly be when they work on getting the receivers (Mike Crabtree please) and LBs/Secondary (Suggs please) taken care of
