While it's tempting to just vote for the catch-all instead after some thought because compared to some other recent polls this one is insightful and not agenda-driven, I voted for "coaching." Of course hindsight is 20/20 but in general our staff neither seems to be using their players to exploit their strengths/minimize their weaknesses nor coach some of the various units up to play at NFL levels. Specifically it seems we have unproven QB and OL coaches and it shows. It's not a coincidence IMO that the most seasoned NFL coaches, Coyle and Rizzo generally have their squads performing best. As far as the QB kid coaching our QB kid, when it comes to playing at the highest level, it looks like "the blind leading the blind." And then there's the playcalling that's morphing into Henning anachronism. The lack of heart is more on the coaching too I believe.
