The biggest problem with this team is...

Who/what is most to blame for our current situation?

I voted Tannedump easily. Do you think Aaron Rodgers would do better back there? uhhh yes. I'm watching Aaron play tonight and it is awesome how he gets out of broken plays by knowing what to do with instinct and pure talent. Oh yeah, I see defenders bump him occasionally and the ball doesn't pop out of his hands five yards aways from him. Amazing.

Why is Tannehill throwing more passes than Rodgers then.. It makes no sense. He throws too much. He drops back too much. Hand the ball off!! Hes not a HOF or Elite QB. So the coaches need to quit making him throw like one when we have a running game being successful. Its so frustrating to watch. They try to put everything on Tannehill shoulders even if the HBs is being successful. They stop running every time in the 2nd half.

It's hard to have heart when your head coach won't even fight for you. Why wasn't that Matthews sideline catch challenged? Philbin is a cipher and was probably that way as a parent too.

Ownership. Ross is where the blame starts.

Expectations...

This was a 8-9 win team coming into the season and after 3 great wins to start the season everyone was thinking we were gonna get 11 or 12. We can still win 9 games, there is nothing WRONG with this team, it is a team that is improving from last season... we still have work to do, holes to fill, nothing more to it.

i was initially thinking of allowing voters to select multiple options but I wanted to force people to vote on the ONE thing they think is the issue with this team.
Yet you included an "all of the above" choice. ;)

This team is clearly not improving. We still can't cover tight ends, we still can't get off the field on third down, we are having a record-setting season for sacks allowed, our QB has suddenly become turnover prone, we have a 60 million dollar receiver with one touchdown after seven games and the part that irritates me the most: we are making the same mistakes over and over. They are just not being corrected.

Most of this is on the coaching staff IMO. They have to go. We have the same coaches that we had last year on ALL positions. You would assume the players would improve based on their familiarity with the coaches alone. But they're not, they're clearly not.

It's on everyone right now. Depth is on Ireland, coaches are being out coached each week, Tannehill is struggling with turnovers, the offensive line is bad at times, Wallace is having bad drops, the running backs have only played good a few games, the defense isn't getting a great pass rush anymore, the defense gives up a ton of yards in the run game, Sturgis is struggling, and many many more issues.

Only one really doing anything well is Fields. That all said though, I think there is talent on our team and I can see us winning 9 games this year. We just need to STOP TURNING THE BALL OVER.

Coach Sherman is the biggest problem for a number of reasons. While the offensive game plan was good, he failed to stick with it. He calls too many pass plays. He does not make wise decisions about short yardage. Finally, he makes things more difficult on Tannehill. Get the play call in early to give your young QB more time to make the correct choice. Do not pass on 3rd and 2 while within field goal range! Maybe it would be ok with Manning, Brady, or Bree's as your QB. It is just foolish when RT is your QB!
