If you think about it, Rex the glorified DC "Head Coach" is still drafting on the fumes of 1 legitimate good year: 2010 that didn't include a probably 8-8 team that played 2 teams with nothing to play for ---- and nothing after that. In that respect, he's the luckiest coach in the league to run into newbie Terry Pegula who never hired one before.
