The Bills message boards

I understand that they are behind their team just like we are but they are giving the fins NO RESPECT whatsoever. Most are predicting a blowout. I almost threw up reading some of that crap. This game does scare me because its on the road and we typically struggle with Buffalo. With that being said this is a different Miami team than the ones of the past. I expect a hard fought game with our boys pulling away in the 4th. Fins up!

Can't really blame them for thinking that with the way our offense has looked vs them the last 2 years.

So the opinion that Miami has better RBs = fans saying blowout win. I'd agree those people may be shortsighted, but smh.

And yes Emotions are running high in Buffalo right now. Ieam how would ypur fan base that has lived under a cloud of relocation for 20 years. Finally, get that cloud eradicated? Add that the the Kelly Cancer free news. Add that to not only winning Sunday but beating CHI at Soldier which Bills have NEVER done. And Bears have not lost a home opener in 3 years.

So yes you go to our boards that high we are riding is being translated to big blowout predictions. But deep down most of us know this is going to be a very hard faught division game.

I am so jazzed to know I will be upfront to see it all. corner of endzone.

I will cheer for Jim Kelly

I am very happy Pegula will be the owner (I have close connections living here in Fairport NY since his wife is from Fairport and I graduated with her cousin) A Lady who is a stones throw away from my backyard is Kim Pegula's Aunt. My buddy (who is a dolphins fan goes to Sabres game with her and stays in the executive suite).

It is my dream to see a fins/bills game from the suite in the RALPH! UPGRADE!!! lol

But seriously, both teams will battle. What Bills fans dont understand or refuse respect on is that this team has changed. Nothing in the past matters except that the phins want to redeem themselves here and will probly have a serious gameplan for this one. Knowshon Moreno is possessed. Possessed by good spirits.

It wont matter if Jim Kelly is cancer free when it comes to this game. It wont matter when that whistle blows. The weather should be nice. The team that makes the least costly mistakes will win IMO. In other words, Tannehill could throw an INT on a deep ball and it may not matter in the end so long as he produces like last week except better. The Phins are looking to get better because they know they left alot of points out there last week.

I will be there early and on the dolphins sideline taking pics and reaching out to Phins players, particularly Mike Wallace. He gives out footballs! Merry Christmas everyone!

Wow really. I have seen alot of blowout talk.

Okay, I'll bite. I think you're usually a pretty okay guy to post here, but if you're going to come in here with this garbage, put your money where your mouth is.

Find me ten posters who are saying that Miami will blow out Buffalo. Don't pull some chicken**** move here, either. You said "I have seen a lot of blowout talk." Prove it. Link the posts. On a board with hundreds of active users every day, I want you to link me just ten posts by different posters who are claiming that Miami is going to blow Buffalo out this week.

And don't come back with some clown-car excuse, either. If you're going to make the assertion, back it up.

So you are telling me it is the same as here?

Pretty much. Two teams everyone wrote off, pulling off big wins and now the overreaction is running wild. It will be a good game Sunday, Buffalo matches up well with Miami and Miami is thin in several areas right now.

Last week it was on the Miami's defense to slow down Tom Brady, this week it will be on Tannehill to score points on the Buffalo D, something he hasn't been able to do.

Sounds like it's about time to have something go wrong. We're really happy to help. :3w:

I can definitely understand their optimism and belief that the positive news for their team will motivate the team, fans, etc. but I've seen too many 27-9, 27-17, 31-10 predictions over on their boards. First of all, we're not the type of team to allow high-scoring unless we're turning the ball over more than 2 times(top 10 scoring D since 2011) so anything above 24 points, especially from the Bills is a little laughable. Secondly, we're not going to be pumped up after coming off a near blowout to a team that has owned us for the last decade? I can understand their belief that this is a "easy" game because they swept us with Thad Lewis last year, but this is a different year with different players. Anything more than 7 points is just being delusional imo. I'm expecting a 23-16 game with the good guys winning of course.

Such a huge game on many levels.
1. We owe Buffalo one.
2. There are still many questions to be answered. Was the Pats defense that bad or was our offense that good?
3. Big game for the standings. The Jets are going to 1-1. The Patriots could easily go to 0-2. And a win would put us 1.5 games up on the Bills and if the Pats lose we're effectively 1.5 up on the division (Jets don't count).

We won game one in the trenches on both sides of the ball and I have a feeling it'll be the skill players making a statement this week on both sides. Two or three picks for our defense and a 90+ rating for Tannehill. Which would translate to about 31-10.

I don't care about respect or whatever ....

Beat them in the trenches. Bloody them up and we win.

QUOTE=BIG_FISH_RI;1065151871]Way to much credit is going to the Bills and still non believers here in Miami. Th e game will be close foe about a quarter and a half. After that EJ will have to win the game for them and he cant. Miami won't score 30 but I see 24-6 Miami. The option game won't carry the Bills this week. The plan is simple make them throw. EL will hit a few but it won't be enough to take the game.[/QUOTE]
