Miami - Average waistline of a Buffalo Female

I'm glad the Bills aren't moving and I'm happy for the fans that have had to worry about that for so long. And the news that Jim Kelly is cancer-free is obviously tremendous... That said, I hope the Dolphins take a raging **** on the celebration on Sunday.

Wow really. I have seen alot of blowout talk.

Heck do to the thread talking about where are Bills better there are people that actually think Fins have better RBs

Yeah? And there are Bills fans who say that Buffalo has better DBs .

... Still, I don't see too many Fins fans saying its going to be a cake walk or Miami is going to blow Buffalo out.

I fail to see how the ownership change or the positive news from Jim Kelly will affect the play on the field this Sunday

They were afraid the team would move to Toronto, now it is staying this is huge for the fans.

But how will it affect the players? Most of the time in professional sports, new owners stay put and chop heads. Regardless of what they say in their introductory presser, everyone understands how things go with new management.
While the news brings stability for a fan, maybe it brings uncertainty to the team.
I'm just not convinced its an automatic plus for the Bills

I don't think Jim Kelly's prognosis or the proposed new owner will change how the players approach/perform in this game. Those things mean so much more to the fans.
the crowd might be rocking this week, but they aren't exactly a quiet bunch in any game.
I agree, I don't think the players will be affected. Most of the players were probably hoping they would move the team. What player would want to stay in Buffalo for heavens sake. That could be considered a punishment.

Sounds like Junc needs to post 20,000+ comments on their site to make sure they know their place like he thinks he does here.

Oh dear God please don't even bring him up! Now he's going to be in this thread telling TWO teams everything they need to know about their own teams.

You are absolutely correct. My wife has family in Buffalo and I've visited there many times. Suffice it to say, unless you love abandoned warehouses, horrible weather and "beef on weck", Buffalo is simply a horrible place. Anyone who thinks that the players would rather be there than just about anywhere else is out of their fracking mind.

Yeah I was only half-joking when I said "I bet the players are disappointed to know that the team is staying in Buffalo," but it's sort of the truth.

We have heard for years that it's one place free agents don't want to go because of the weather, less metropolitan locale, etc.

Now you want me to suddenly believe that players will be pumped to find out they're not going to Toronto or LA? Come on, man. I'm sure the fans will be amped, but I can't imagine the players are jumping for joy over that.

@finfan54. It should be a good game to watch live. The chess match between Lazor and the DC for the Bills should be interesting to watch. Most plays in the second half last week were won before The snap of the ball.
