The Browns Are A Better Team Than Us.

Let me start my saying I have been a dolphins fan for years and I live in buffalo ny.

How is it that the bills, Bears, Browns and other teams have turned around their organization in less than 2 years and the Dolphins continue to be average at best.

I see no optimism or excitement with this current team. Give me a telented young group of guys, a qb that has promise, or a head coach that I can trust.

You can all pick apart my post, but I would rather be a bills or Browns fan right now. They have potential. We don’t.

I don’t see us winning a Super Bowl before any of these teams.

Someone prove me wrong please and give me a sliver of hope.
 
It all starts at the top -- from to Stephen Ross to Mike Tannebaum, to Chris Grier. As long as they think Ryan Tannehill is the answer at QB, we will go nowhere. All those teams you mentioned drafted QB's. Hopefully these people I mentioned will finally get the message if they are still employed by this team after the season. Unfortunately, Ross cannot be fired.
 
Agreed, I said in another thread, this organization has been passed by The Browns and The Jaguars, both those teams have loads more talent than we do.

But hey, we can consistently win 4-8 games a year better than any one.
 
ross doesn't have the patience required for a full top down rebuild. instead he hires people that tells him what he wants to hear - his team is one or two players away and we can win with tannehill.

those who tell ross different don't get hired.
 
Is there any doubt that Baker Mayfield will be a better QB than Tannehill if he isn't already?
 
Because this franchise doesn't have the balls to start a real rebuild. It's always half measures. We fire the coach and keep the GM. We fire the GM and keep the coach. We stick with the same below .500 QB for years. We never get a high draft pick and when we did we picked a LT over a QB. We're always picking mid first round. Never good enough to make the playoffs and never bad enough to get a great pick (Minkah being an exception).
 
baker is better right now . so are the majority of other starting QBs in the league. they are either better or on the verge . Ryan is bottom 5 at the moment
 
You want to know why the Browns are already a better team? Because they hired a real GM.
