I haven't felt this good about the team since JJ decided to dump our old veterans to bring in some fresh talent via the draft. Hopefully we can do the same thing JJ did to our D on our O.
It is clear that Cameron wants to retool our offense, not by picking up aged washed up players like WannSpiel and Herr Saban. Many of us have been clamoring for a change of philosophy, don't be suprised if Chambers and or CPEP are gone if a prized WR/QB falls to #9.

I just love the activity. We've sucked for what, 4 years now and obviously our team needs to be overhauled to get rid of the elders, the Wanny and Saban prospects and start young and fresh with a different philosophy.

Then I'd be really mad.

Then whats next? JT and Zach Thomas?

Yea, because they suck :rolleyes2

We are getting rid of the overpriced and underachieving group that needs to be switched out if we ever plan to reach, much less win in, the playoffs. Obviously, PB-ers like those two are untouchable so your knee jerk reaction is irrelevant.

Cameron and Mueller wants to add speed to an offense that is in dire need of some and by stockpilling draft picks and bringing in the right FAs, they are on their way to do just that.

Why would both of them have to go if a prized WR/QB is there at #9 in the draft?

I didn't say both.. I really meant one of the two. If we can pick Quinn or Ginn at 9, I wouldn't be suprised to get another 3rd round pick for either of them.

i dont think we're gonna make an overhaul and get rid of JT or zach......and chamers and Cpep will stay ut this is needed for us tome improve.....it was Welker guys,..i love him as a player but our offense sucked and a 2nd and 7th will help us make moves.......

This would be the "BEST" move by far. I assume Cam must of got that "I am gonna be sick" feeling when watching tapes of these two last year. The combination of Culpepper and Chambers accounts for only 3.7% of the roster , but a whopping 13% of the salary cap this year...what a joke. Time to move on!!!

Ok who was underachieving?

You bolded the sentenced and somehow missed "and or" meaning either, depending on what happens, not both, etc.

Every one that says they love the activity well its not really anything all hes done is get rid of a lot of good players. IDK i hope evrything turns out for the better. I'm very upset right now.

We got rid of mediocre players. I love Welker as much as everyone here, but cmon a 2nd and 7th for him??? Heck I would take a 4th for Chambers..

We need to rebuild via the draft. Welker is a nice player but you are forgetting one IMPORTANT thing!! A 2ND AND 7TH FOR A JOURNEYMAN!! That looks like a Bill B move to me, I'm suprised the Pats took the bait:bighug:

I agree, and I think ultimately this will work well. Right now, though, it's a tad confusing.

But I trust RandyCam, and right now they have nine draft picks if my tally is right!

I wonder when the "bleeding" will stop, though!!

Hey ... also, for anyone thinking that that extra 7th we just got for Welker (along w/ the 2nd) is useless, remember that gems still come in the 7th. Welker, in fact, wasn't even drafted if you remember!! An extra body is an extra shot to get a quality player!!

It is documented in an article that CC may be on the trade block. Obviously and it was already stated by MuelCam that they are looking at production when making moves in accordance with their pay. Obviously, they are practicing what they preach.

Mcmicheal - never really was that good, we will get another TE in this draft
Wes Welker - tendered and got us a great pick to get one of these deep draft WR's
Joey H. - well, you know.........
Big Daddy - sixth rounder and not very productive when it counted. Time for Evans and Rod Wright and possibly the other Wright to step it up (okoye in the draft?
Mcintosh - he didnt want to be here and now KC is stuck with a guy for a long time who JT could make mince meat out of
All others taking too much money and collecting a check. Bye Bye! time to rebuild through the draft!!! Whoo hoo!
