The collapse happened when the moron Sherman at 2nd and 2 deep in patriot territory started to abandon the run just like last week. We are once again running the ball well and Sherman calls two passing plays one which leads to a sack and makes it a harder FG try. We need two yards on two downs and this idiot is calling passing plays.
think about it.....if we run the ball and don't get the first down we go up three scores wit an easier FG attempt and we are running the clock more and keeping Brady off the field.
Sherman is an absolutely pathetic play caller.
 
He is the worst. Completely illogical play calling all year.
 
Thank You You took the words right out of my mouth 2 games lost because of poor play calling you have to keep putting up points on teams not give them more chances :tubes:
 
The Dolphins were actually 94% likely to win the game at the point you're talking about. It was their game to lose. To come out of that drive with zero points was a killer in terms of the score and in terms of momentum. Going three scores up on New England, even with a field goal, would've made a huge difference. Instead we got nothing.
 
The collapse was when Ross purchased the team. From then on it's been trickle-down failonomics.
 
He and Philbin will blame execution instead of blaming themselves for putting the players in a position to fail

The problem started when Marino retired.

The problem got worse when we drafted Ryan Tannehill.
 
Agreed he SUCKS, Lamar Miller should have had 30 carries today. We get a couple of runs for 8,9,10 yards then we go pass happy everyone outside of Miami's organization knows they can count on our O-Coordinator to help keep them in the game. Jeepers I think the nights Sherman says he can't sleep at night, I now think he is trying to find new ways to F**k the game up.
 
Wait wait wait. WV I've seen so many post by you how good a draft pick he was. I remember a get real thread how much better he was then Bob Griffin. So which is it? He can be a good qb he just needs help and better cornfed around him. Why don't you write a get real thread how wrong you've been.

I cant believe I thought Tannehill was the goods at a couple of different points this year and last year. He is terrible.
