NFL needs to change the playing surface. Most and players are getting concussion with there head banging off the playing field. Not by head on hits it's the surface it needs to change. Its already cost us Achane and Tua

I think the reporting of concussions has improved. Got a bloody nose..that's a concussion. Shoulder a bit sore.. concussion. Twist your ankle. Not a concussion.

I think it's like the social media.. people always did dumb things.. now we just know about it. Guys were having concussions, they're just being diagnosed more often.

I guess there's a secondary argument that players are now chemically enhanced monsters trained from birth. Defensive lineman bench 300 and run a 4.7 40 yard dash.

Here is Achane concussion it does look like the back of his head did hit the turf. It doesn’t look anything close to as bad as Allen’s did.

I understand that knowledge of it will increase the diagnosis, but is it just me or with the millions of dollar they put into the new concussion helmets it seems that there are way more today. I remember guys getting absolutely destroyed over the middle by Ronnie Lott and would get up and go back to the huddle or miss one play (although they probably shouldn't have) but now guys are barely hit, or hit their head on the ground and need teammates to help them off the field. It doesn't make sense.

Everyone gets a concussion. Except Josh Allen. He gets head ouchies and immediately passes head ouchies protocol.
You mean ā€œchest and ankle ouchies.ā€

Guys are bigger, stronger & faster now. De’s are running a 4.3. In 1985 Refrigerator Perry was considered huge. He was barely 300lbs. Also, we didn’t know about concussions. We just say ā€œyour bell got rungā€ and players would walk it off. Obviously, we know more now but I still don’t think we know much about concussions at all.

I believe we should start playing on trampolines

I remember being a kid before there were nets around the backyard trampoline and occasionally trying a triple flip, missing by just a bit, and banging parts of my head and body on that lovely uncovered metal frame - or those dreaded springs that would rip a chunk of your skin off when you got caught in them.

The good old days. Lol

They are just being reported more, people know what to look out for. No more ā€œgetting your bell rung, have some smelling salts and man upā€ unless you are Buffalo.
Bills players don't get concussed.

I'm curious how many bills players are diagnosed with a concussion vs the rest of the teams in the league.
