The Dolphins have a storied history.
The franchise is over 40 years old, and has had its ups and downs.
Who can forget such legendary players as Bob Griese and Larry Csonka. Then there was Nick Buoniconti, who went on to host Inside the NFL for many years.
A little later, they had the only undefeated season in NFL history. That stands to this day.
The bedrock of the Miami Dolphins is of course the legendary coach Don Shula. He guided the team for decades and still holds the NFL record for most wins as a coach.
Miami has been home to some great talents, but none better than Dan Marino. He changed the very position of quarterback with his quick release.
The Dolphins have been a consistently good team since their inception, and the Miami Dolphins logo is virtually synonymous with the National Football League.
With all that said, I still think Trent Edwards lights them up on Sunday.
