Sorry to hear he lost his fight. My niece I mentioned on this thread just completed her one year of chem. and radiation treatments. We are hopeful like so many, but so far we do not know how effective the treatments have been..

I hope she has a speedy recovery. I have seen first hand the impact those treatments (never mind the disease) has upon adults, must be horrible for someone so young to go through that

I've been running around all day in a bad mood because my girlfriend ruined my plans for the London game... This thread kinda puts my issues in perspective huh?

Yes. I will not go into the details and reactions to the treatments but you can imagine, somehow the children find a way to still smile and press on. At least we can come here to escape for a little that bitter side of life.
