Ross is the problem. No top tier coach or GM wants to work for him. He has failed time and time again.

If Philbin is fired, we are probably looking at another 3rd choice coach to be brought in.

I agree. He needs to go, but I don't think Ross will fire him. He is more clueless than Philbin. He will say that Philbin was doing a great job and we just had too many injuries.
