You know what I have been seeing several post of frustrated fans, myself included. However, on the other hand I am hearing other fans saying you guys are overreacting, calm down, we are almost there, yada yada yada. As fans it is clear to us what this team is missing on. We continue to lose close games, we havent had team depth in decades, our coaching decisions suck, and we are always playing not to lose. This is an issue that we see year in and out. When the F*** WILL IT STOP!! OK IM OUT

You'll find a lot of people here who are perfectly ok with terrible coaching and mediocre teams, but dont let that get you down.
 
It's a process...learn from mistakes and missteps.. as long as we keep failing forward, we are making progress. I'm ok with this loss, of course I would have preferred to win but we played a hell of a game and showed heart

My thoughts exactly.
 
We're now at "4" losses, with games against Denver, New England, and Barfalo (who owns us of late) coming up. The moral victory people can kiss my ass.
 
FH suffer from mood swings. If we win praise Philbin, T-Hill etc. I feel we played very tough , Thill was a warrior getting hit and his neck twisted and stuff. We lost a close one. I rather lose like this then the games like the Bills and Chiefs. Lions have a really good Defense.

This exactly. It's been a good year for me so far. I saw the Fins crush the pats in person, got to witness a huge blowout vs the Chargers, and watched two close games vs NFCN teams that could have gone either way. Teams win and lose, enjoy the ride.
 
Well, I guess I'll just be honest. Most of the time, when someone tells another fan to calm down and stop overreacting, sometimes that really is an invitation for someone to get a grip, and sometimes it's a nice way of telling someone they're a ****ing idiot.

It is not overreacting to be worried about the line protecting the passer Thursday night or the prospect of Jamar Taylor trying to cover NFL receivers for 60 minutes.

Or it could be some people just looking for another hole to stick their head in!?!?! Say what you want, but we just gave another one away on the final drive! It ****ing stings, and sooner or later this well it was a non conference game bull**** excuses is going to stop working! There is a handful of teams around the same record in the AFC and wins matter! Non conference, division, in conference we need to win to keep pace! Like the Bucs and Panthers last year we choked away those winnable games! Everyone says Buffalo and Jets, but had we taken care of business before that it wouldn't have mattered.

Enough excuses it is a ****ing decade of excuses! Win the ****ing game!

1. I think you need to get a grip. We're a good team and we lost in the final seconds to a team that looks really good right now. They have the 2nd best record in the NFL and they were at home coming off of a bye. Laugh all you want, but the takeaway from this game for me is I think we have a real chance @ DEN and @ NE.

2. I will concede that the ending of that game was DISTURBINGLY Wannstedtian. Your offense does just enough to give you the lead late against an all-world defense and then your supposed all-world defense can't even force a field goal try?
