I have no faith in Philbin having this team ready. If they lose to the Raiders, Philbin should be fired immediately and left in London.

Look at Philbin's history of getting his team ready for a game; it sucks. They ALWAYS start out slow, and it normally takes a while to get that first score... sometimes it's almost half-time! And, when they have a bye, they're even less prepared (2 weeks to get ready for a winless Tampa Bay, and they still lose) !
