Ok, I believe this is correct because the Dolphins and Chargers would have the same conference records should both teams win out, with the Dolphins ultimately prevailing on the common opponents tiebreaker (Chargers have losses to Texans, Patriots and Ravens while Dolphins have only lost to Raiders).
