Trade Chambers for a 2nd rounder possibly to Minnesota. I love him but im sick of using numbers to justify his value to this team positive or negative, its getting old. We still have booker welker and hagan. Then with our hypothetical draft here.

1st round - Dwayne Jarrett
2nd round - Ryan Kalil
2nd rounder (minnesota) - either brandon siler. buster davis. lamar woodley.
3rd round- Drew Stanton
 
Dont EVER predict trades when suggesting an offseason draft. I hate it. What int he world makes you think miami wants to trade chambers, what in the world makes you think Minny wants to trade for Chambers, A 2nd rounder no less?

How can you suggest something so strong with no real evidence to even suggest that Minny or Miami would even be slightly interested?

Put madden away.
 
We don't need high paid WR to win a super bowl. We need consistent receivers that catch the ball. Maybe he would shape up if he knew he was going to be traded.

shape up? you think the fear of being traded will make him catch balls better? because i guess he's just dropping balls out there on purpose.
 
first off dude i can post whatever i want. thats the way i think we should go about doing it i just threw minny in there because they are in the market for a WR. chambers isnt worth any more than a mid 2nd rounder im sorry. if you think otherwise your kidding yourself. not to mention hes never one to be counted on ever. its always the 5 catch game for 28 yrds and the occasional 3 for 112 like once a season. but other than his 2005 campaign and 2003 ive been hoping for so much more out of him idk i know this year was just crazy with welker really emerging along side booker and chambers and mc michael but dont ever tell someone on this site that they cant post something football not to mention dolphin related you got it.
 
Ginn Jr. would solve a lot of problems at WR.....not only does he have unreal speed but he has great hands and knows how to run once he catches it. We need a game breaker and I think Ginn will be it.

Actually i believe the reverse, Chambers isn't even worth a 2nd IMO. A 3rd maybe, but not really after last season.

I'm simply pointing out that it's absolutely pointless to include a theoretical trade in any type of situation. Maybe if there was one, just one, article that hinted on miami looking to trade Chambers, then you can start throwing these nonsense trade ideas around. However, i have not read anywhere YET.

I don't think that trading Chambers for a 2nd round pick is pointless or nonsense. Makes perfect sense and he only said "possibly" to Minnesota.

Have the dolphins shown they're looking to trade chambers? Has Minnesota shown their looking to trade for Chambers? Or a Receiver in General?

No, but that wasn't his point. His point was just that he felt the Dolphins should try to trade Chambers for a #2 pick. I don't think he said that it's gonna happen.

Yeah, OK, whatever. You're ripping on the poor guy for making a hypothetical when about 99% of the threads and posts on here are just that. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense, nice work. :shakeno:

It was written as a command. Now unless you believe that he believes that anybody in the phins front office reads this board and would listen to him, it's pretty clear he's saying, "They should." It's a draft thread. It's a draft thread trade idea. This post is no different than saying, "Draft Ted Ginn Jr." They've never expressed interest in Ginn, but that doesn't mean somebody can't hope that. In closing, I don't get why you got so pissy about it.
