Right now, it seems that we get either Chan, Mora Jr or Cameron, but I believe the best four are the ones we won’t get:

1.- Marty Mornhinweg AHC & OC /Eagles

Impressive job with the WR's he has, solid playcalling, low turnover ratio and he has learned a lot under Andy Reid, who is probably the best minded coach after Belichick. The Eagles had key Injuries and still where able to perform solid on Offense.

2.- Ron Rivera DC / Bears

It would be amazing to see what this team could do under this young defensive minded coach. I know we need Offense but Defense wins championships and Rivera is the one with the best future.

3.- Rex Ryan DC / Ravens

I know Mike Nolan should be the one glorified when talking about the Ravens Defense, but Ryan has been on the system more years, and now that he is the DC of the Ravens, they are even better!

4.- Bob Bratkowski OC / Bengals

One thing has distinguished Bratkowski ... Balance on Offense and a High ranking on the passing game!!!! I know CC is not Chad Johnson, but this man knows how to get the best out of every receiver.

Ron Rivera is going to get picked up by somebody pretty soon and Rex Ryan will get a job soon enough. I thought Rex Ryan would be a really good candidate but we haven't really gone anywhere near him. Bob Bratkowski seems to have a good offense with the Bengals but i haven't herda anything about him. I think Morhinwhig is a good OC and that's about it. I think he used to coach the Lions and didn't do such a great job.

I think Rivera is going to be stuck until the Bears O stumbles and his team doesn't make the playoffs. It would be nice if the NFL could do something about it being harder for coordinators from really successful teams to get jobs because that directly contributes to those teams having another nice little advantage going into the next year.

I believe Andy Reid is the playcaller. Regardless, the Eagles pass more than any team in the NFL (maybe Lions pass more tho, not sure). We need a guy like Gailey who will come in here and run the ball down other teams throats.

I'm not sure, but I think the Bears are in the playoffs.

MIKE TIMLIN,I wish all of you could watch the viking game over, they were extremely well coached and beat the crap out of our offense.played hungry and physical

I dont like Rivera but the other three are great. I was pushing for Morniweg and B Schottenheimer and the Ryan brothers before shott was announced but Bratkowski is another guy I would be happy with. This list is tyhe type of forward thinking high risk high reward way of building an organization that we should be doing. Instead we default to the safe choice which never amounts to anything. We wont have an utter failure and we will have no great success.

Reid didn't call the plays for the 2nd half of the season I believe.
