This has probably been mentioned but I believe we could still have some stability if we keep dom capers as our defensive coordinator and mueller as the GM. Things just wouldn't be near as bad as it seems if we keep both those guys. Promote Mueller to full control and let him hire a coach, this may sound simple, well you know what it is...lol
