1 Blowing a chance to take the lead at halftime by butchering an easy pass and laughing abut it on the sideline.
2 Dropping a pick 6.
3 Having your WRs, who are not Randy Moss, helping INTs by falling down or deflecting catchable passes.
4 Continuing to defer when you are constantly give up first drive points and doing nothing with your second half first possession.
5 Turning screen passes and dump offs into big plays with missed tackles.
6 Blowing a 2 & 1 at midfield and a drive, by having your second team RG, in the game for unknown reasons, get a motion penalty.
7 Once again losing the Special Teams battle.
8 Always seeming to have the passes be a little ahead, or behind, or to the wrong shoulder of the WR.
9 Under center and play action in must pass situations.
