I thought is was Henning's fault.
:sidelol:

There really is no excuse for not drafting Mallett in the third, however the picks this year are not all Irelands fault as Sparano had an increased role and was given much more personnel power by Ross during the offseason. Ireland AND Sparano get blame for this years player signings

Ireland is the root cause... if he had a clue he would drafted a QB this past year or pulled out all the stops to get a Matt Flynn/Kevin Kolb.

He and his proclivity for Dallas castoffs is laughable

Only a handful though. Alot of people on this board give Miami far more credit than they deserve in the talent department.
We're just a bad team. We have some pretty nice individual pieces, but as a whole, we're not that great. We just have no cohesion at all.

Well, Ross did hire all these losers, so him. Obviously Sparano and Ireland are the main targets of criticism. But as people always say, it starts from the top.

RUN TONY ... RUN

The owner is the owner and that will not change. Tony and Jeff are both to blame and will be fired I'm sure.

Personally I blame Parcells most for doing a half assed job then bailing , leaving his croonies to suffer the consiquences.

Oh all the names I got called when we hired parcells when i said he would quit on this team . never have liked Parcells since he worked behind Dungy's back getting him fired.

Ross. I don't care about the money. He could have fired these guys last year. It is clear he is as clueless about football as all the homers here that that we were a good team...or even an improved team...or even an average team...

Sub-par talent, coached down to apathy.

Players can't make consistent plays to save their souls, let along BIG Plays. Can't even kick a FG consistently.

Coaches have them out of shape, goofy game-plans (Bush between the tackles, then under-used in space), Collapse in the Red zone, etc. etc.

The Punter & Hartline are about the only consistent players we have.

RED ZONE ... No Creativity to match our talent (i.e. roll the dang QB like we used to ... at least buys some time & scrambles the defense ... to scramble or someone pops open).

My take on these knuckleheads,

Negatives:

Parcells: Setting the team up for disaster using an out-dated NFL blueprint. Some very bad draft choices. Ditched the team when he saw it wasn't working.

Ross: Looking for a new coach while he still had a coach.

Ireland: Not bringing in players for positions in need.

Sparano: Being a head coach might not be his calling in life. Ross chopped his ball off (see above) and Ireland (see above) isn't helping much.

Positives:

Parcells: ??

Ross: ??

Ireland: The last draft wasn't that bad. Pouncey and Thomas are looking good and the rest of them aren't busts (yet).

Sparano: Was at least smart enough to dump the Parcells blueprint and attempt to bring a modern offense to Miami.

I actually like Tony as a person. Unfortunitly he was not ready for head coach. I think he'll do fine in his next job. Cam landed on his feet and so will Tony.

Jeff has some talents and may make a good GM someday.

Parcell's will probably go on to destory a few more teams before he fades away.
