The Miami Dolphins Are 6-0 After Cutting Dallas Thomas.

This comes after Miami has suffered multiple serious injuries on the offensive line and was forced today to start three reserves on the line today.

Thank you, that is all.

It's amazing the vast difference in play between a typical depth oline player and Dallas Thomas. Dallas Thomas makes backups look like Larry Allen in comparison.

Props to Gase. Many coaches don't cut players just as terrible if not worse than Thomas just because they're at least another "body", so they stick to their guns instead of looking over the waivers. Glad we didn't go that route.

Don't forget that other high Draft picks, Billy Turner and Jamil Douglas were also cut that day. When you consider John Jerry and his failure to contribute in the past, we are/were just really bad at drafting Offensive Guards over an extended period of time.

I think Thomas and Turner were Known for being hard workers. I remember hearing something about them logging more hours at the facility than anyone over the offseason. Not that it paid off.

I said it before, if the Dolphins win the SB in the future under this regime, cutting him will forever be known as the moment that kicked off our success. It deserves its own 30 for 30 documentary.

"What if I told you a tub of lard started on the O-line for 3 years and ruined games single handily..."

It wasn't just the fact that him and other 3 got cut all at once, but it put the whole team on notice. The team has been playing hard every week and it started that week.

Ozzy rules!!

to be honest....
You have to gibe the team credit for the last 2 wins...playing with only 2 of 5 starters on the OLine.

I heard that too. Dallas excelled in the classroom and was liked by the coaches but all that really counts for zilch if the players struggle to protect the QB on the field.
