Just in case this day wasn't annoying enough...I went out in my back yard to burn some random stuff that I'd cleaned out of my basement...(yes, I live in an area that we can do that)...and my beer froze faster than I could drink it.'

You were working under the assumption that I stop drinking after I'm drunk. You were mistaken.

In another tidbit, my county in PA (Monroe) is listed as the #2 county in the entire state for excessive drinking.

I am opening up my first batch of home made beer today. Got a kit for Christmas, so this is the grand debut. In case it sucks, I have a couple of growlers of Scottish Ale on standby.
