The Miami Dolphins have offered QB Alex Smith a Multi-Year Deal

The Dolphins are like the girl everyone heard was crazy and no one wants to hit it....#fail

it was the answer in 2011 also but you guys couldn't digest it...

It's not the answer because it's not reality. Sitting on a forum saying lets lose to get a QB is pathetic because it will not happen. Yes I wanted or would have loved to get Andrew Luck but the Dolphins are just not that bad a team.

Alex Smith looked great against the Saints in the playoffs. You cant take that away from him. On the other hand, im ready for a Floyd/Keuchly & Weeden as our first two draft picks. At least when we draft someone, they are kinda stuck with you.

Wake me when it says Smith signs multi-year deal with the Miami Dolphins! We offer lots of contracts I just hope we didn't embarrass ourselves!

Oh and saying Moore is a good a Smith is craziness!

what do you think colts fans were sayin in 2011...and who looks a whole lot smarter right now??? i can tell ya this...its not us...6 meaningless garbage wins

stuck scraping the trash heap for the alex smiths and david garrards of the world...

This is only going to get worse. When Peyton signs with Denver (which I've read rumors is his top choice), we lose out on Hasselback (better than Smith!), Smith goes back to 49ers (which would show the league ANOTHER player that didnt wana play here, even after his team sold him out), and we're left with a cut Tebow. Oh helllll nooooooo! Just draft Tannehill or Weeden and get this miserable offseason over with.

I don't like Smith, but if the deal's reasonable then screw it, bring him in here. He'll have a chip on his shoulder and Reggie Bush loves him, so that's a plus.

well, he was truly dominating during the Championship vs the Giants, after a great season (17 td), expecially on 3rd down and red zone....... joking aside, I prefere Moore... why spend other money just to be average (unless you really think Smith could be an elite QB...not just a manager, but a truly elite qb) ?

There is no guarantee that Tebow will get cut either, they may want to retain him. Our best scenario is to get Floyd at #8 and hope Weeden is still there in the 2nd. If this team really cared about bringing in a franchise QB, we would have tried to draft one in the first round in one of the previous 25+ drafts.
