This time Urb’s health issues are real. I know everyone thinks same old Urb but it’s not. He can’t handle the stress of college football. The NFL would kill him.

Also Urban Meyer is a great recruiter and motivator. As a game day coach he’s HIGHLY overrated. This offense you saw this year was not Urban’s. It was Ryan Day and Kevin Wilson’s baby.

Prior to his hire in Miami He was the head coach of the University of New Haven Chargers football team from 1999–2001 and the Rhode Island Rams football team in 2008

Miami is not a good team. They are not close to being a good team. Though Ross made a mistake retaining Grier, at least he realizes how awful the talent and coaching has been and is rebuilding.
