That was a beautiful pass, if Wallace didn't get tripped up that woulda been a TD for the win. And the look on the DBs face is priceless after the flag was thrown.
 
yea man. That guy was like "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFAWK". I think wallace has had enough of people calling him a 1 trick pony and a bust. He looked good today!
 
Unfortunately we still could not score on that drive. This team needs to figure out how to be better on short yardage plays. Could of easily cost them the game.
 
From my TV, I didn't think Wallace would have made the catch. As it turns out, the PI ended up being a good play for the Bengals since we didn't score.
 
Best pass Tannehill has thrown to Wallace all season! Say what you want about our young QB, but he stepped up in critical situations and showed true mental toughness tonight!

I think it was intentional from Newman in the sense that he knew it was game over once he began losing his footing. The show I'm watching certainly thought it was and called it smart.

Surely he is upset at having been beaten so badly to merit that.

No way. It hits him in stride, arms extended. 1. The air on the ball and 2. How fast Wallace was moving. Perfect pass.

As ugly as that PI tackle was by Newman, it saved a TD. But it was a ghetto play. Ugly.

Yeah would have been the best pass all year from Tannehill , it would have been the first time that Tannehill would have hit Wallace in stride , and yes it would have been a perfect Catch , me and a friend BOTH Agreed it was a beautiful pass by Tannehill .
 
Tannehill has been unlucky that he hasn't been able to connect with Wallace on a big vertical route, now he finally throws a perfect ball and the sob tackles him. I'm sure he'll always take the W but thats another 70 yards and a TD off both their resumes.
 
The PI was actually a great veteran move... Saved a TD, he knew he was beat...
