OK, here is my most updated mock. I have alternate selections if the ideal player isn't available. (color coded - pick a QB and CB at 9 or 71, OT and DE at 40 or 108 and OT and WR at 60 and 199)

9. (1st) Brady Quinn, QB, Notre Dame (or Leon Hall, CB, Michigan if Quinn is gone)

40. (2A) Joe Staley, OT, Central Michigan (or Victor Abiamiri, DE, Notre Dame if Joe Staley is gone)

60. (2B) Doug Free, OT, Northern Illinois (or Johnnie Lee Higgins, WR, UTEP if Free is gone)

71. (3rd) Josh Wilson, CB, Maryland (or Trent Edwards, QB, Stanford - if Quinn not taken at 9)

108. (4th) Baraka Atkins, DE, Miami (FL) (or Allen Barbre,, OT, Missouri Southern – if Staley not taken at 40)

181. (6th) Cory Anderson, FB, Tennessee

199. (6B) Ryne Robinson, WR, Miami (OH) (or Gabe Hall, OT, Texas Tech - if Doug Free not taken at 60)

219. (7A) Jacob Ford, DE, Central Arkansas

225. (7B) Scott Stephenson, C, Iowa State

238. (7C) Kody Bliss, P, Auburn

There you have it. Fire away!!!

GO PHINS~!

I'd be happy with it. If we got either of those guy at 1 I'd be thrilled. Joe Staley is nice...ideal situation would be to trade down, get Hall lower, and with extra 2nd take Staley and Kalil (if 2nd is high enough).

I love this mock although I'd love any mock with Miami taking Brady Quinn if the rest of it was even halfway decent. I don't think Staley will fall to 40 so I think that could be Ryan Kalil. Quinn, Kalil, and Free with the 1st three picks would be awesome. Draft the franchise QB and then take the guys to protect him. Great plan and this is the best Dolphins mock I've seen.

It's wishful thinking for the Staley pick. Otherwise it hits on key needs.

Doug Free might turn out to be the best LT of the draft. He played injured all year last year and still did an outstanding job. There is no quit in this guy.

Jacob Ford looks like another David Bowens. I like the pick.

Staley will never make it to #40...that's a serious pipe dream...He may even not make it out of the top 12...

I like it , looks good. But one thing i don't wanna see, NO JOHNNIE LEE HIGGINS, I look at him pretty closely at the combine and he didn't look good at all, he was suppose to be super fast, turn out to be average for a WR, he dropped a lot of passes and didn't run good routes. I say no to Higgins and go with Smith, Gonzo or Rice in the second.

Not real high on Hall as alternate. Also night high on Johnny Lee Higgins. I have watched the guy quite a few times as the Miners play my Lobos twice a year. Not all he is cracked up to be IMO.
Other than that, very nice. Good insight. Good depth at key spots
I am going to keep posting till I am blue in the face. We have to pick up Samson Satale in the third.....
