Lets set the stage: 4th quarter just under 4 minutes to play on the Dolphin 33 yard line. Miami is down 24 to 20. Here comes Chad Pennington to the field. After driving Miami all the way down to the Jet 6 yard line there is just 13 seconds that remain in the game with 1 timeout. The clock is stopped. Miami calls for a play-action pass to Fasano and the Jets are coming with a LB blitz from the passing side. RB in the backfield. The ball is snaped RB picks up the blitz from the right side, but Pennington is flushed out, he takes off for the left corner of the endzone, time expires, he dives for the pylon. He gets in TOUCHDOWN DOLPHINS---AFC EAST CHAMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chad beats the jets in his old building and snatches the AFC East crown.

Would you rather this or complete domination.
Both are good but I think this season has takin too many years off my life already. Ill take the dominating performance and a 24 to 10 win.

Merry Christmas everybody hope Santa delivers us the crown.
 
either that scenario there or straight domination of the Jets...both will make my day happy!!!!
 
As long as we win I don't really care but total domination would help my blood pressure stay under control. I don't like the fact that you have us losing that late in the game. I would prefer us being up 24-20 with the ball on our 33 yard with a chance to win the game with our offense still on the field, similar to what we did against San Diego.
 
I would rather we embarass them in front of their home team fans. J E S T JESTS! I get nervous when we get behind.
 
Perfect for me is

Baltimore loses
Patsies win (even though i would rather they lose)

Dolphins and Jets are tied with 2 minutes left in overtime and the jets punt to us. If we tie we get the wild card, win we are AFC Division Champs.

if we tie
Patriots 11-5
Dolphins 10-5-1
Jets 9-6-1
Baltimore 10-6

if we win
MIA 11-5
NE 11-5
Baltimore 10-6
Jets 9-7

This would be the perfect scenario:4th quarter just under 4 minutes to play on the Dolphin 33 yard line. Miami is down 24 to 20. Here comes Chad Pennington to the field. After driving Miami all the way down to the Jet 6 yard line there is just 13 seconds that remain in the game with 0 timeouts, the clock is running. Pennington gets to the line and signals for the spike play, the jet defenders relax, pennington takes the snap and instead of spiking it fires a pass to the corner of the end zone to a wide open mark ingram for the game winning td!! i mean a wide open ted ginn for the game winning td!!!!
 
Late 4th quarter Miami up 24-20 NYJ's have the ball on their own 1yard line. Brett Farve looking like a youngster drives his Jet's down to the 5yardline with one play remaining in the game. Farve lines up in shotgun with an empty backfield, snaps the ball, looks left to Coles but is doubled, Ferguson breaks into the backfield forcing Farve to the right on the run, Farve see's Keller opening up back to the middle, C.Anderson has Farve lineup and delivers the blow as Farve throws across his body back to the middle, Anderson drives Farve into the ground as Bell steps out of nowwhere in front of Keller for the easy pick.

Game, set, match.
 
While Chad Pennington leading this team to victory on the final drive would be amazing, I don't know if my heart can withstand another close game. Cardiac arrest at 19 years old anyone?

This had me rolling on the floor laughing. Can you imagine for a second if this REALLY WENT DOWN??? Oh my GOD!! I would happily give anything to see it go down like this.:up:
 
One of my wishes just came true....Miami will be shown in San Antonio now a win and my Christmas will be complete.
 
It would be better if we started from the 1!

I would like a blowout. My heart could not take the game going down to the last second. I would need mega beers in me then.
