After the D Boston trade people made comments like "Rick's a genius". After he goes down, "Fire the FO".
After the L Gordon trade people made comments like "our O is better now" and "Gordon is a stud". After struggling the past 2 games "Gordon sucks" and "Cut Gordon".
After AJ Feeley is promoted to starting QB comments such as "Our O is going to be one of the best with Chambers, Booker, McMike and Feeley" then after the past weeks the always original "AJ Sucks" and "We need to draft a QB" threads pop up.
The best one though is the one that always seems to pop up right before game time. The ones that say such things like "let's band together", "Our OL will gel now", and "We're going to pull this one out" followed by "let's pull out the brown bags" and "Our OL gets penetrated more than a porn star" and "trade Madison for Shields" threads.

Can't really blame the "we need to draft a QB" threads. That just means that the QB we acquired isn't cutting it.

ive never changed my tune i am a feeley and gordon supporter and i say larry johnson for freeman is a move that must be made. Gordan and Johnson in the backfield in 05-06 wit alex barron or eric winston on the line o baby

Well said. Most fans (of any team) are prone to overrating any player their team picks up. But the expectations some people came up with for Feeley, Gordon, and the team for this season were ridiculous. I can still remember those "10-6, 11-5 season" "Feeley is our savior" type of threads. *Shudder*
