this draft might actually pan out. I really think some of these guys will put critics to sleep. When Ginn scores that first touchdown, when Beck throws the first one, and when Booker breaks one out of the slot or through a punt, this draft will be remembered. I just have a feeling. Getting too good a review might actually bother me.

we reached on ginn, but not by much. otherwise, our draft has been pretty good. I think Kiper might end up giving us like a B- for this draft.

Yes, finally some more smart posts. I am very happy with the draft so far. I keep telling my roommate that we will get a good grade overall for this draft. People need to stop obsessing over not getting Quinn, they cant even realize what a good this draft has been for us.

Right or wrong they have identified the guys they want and are going after them. When you draft for need you almost always end up 'reaching' look at Arizona taking Levi Brown... We are only half way through... At the end of the day we are going to have 10 new players... Count 'em... 10! We can afford to reach a little and take some chances... I think we will get some much needed depth in this draft... Booker was a surprise to me but a real nice pick. Speed and big playmakers seems to be the plan... Nothing wrong with that.

im thinking the exact same thing.....Beck is nasty as hell (i hate the age factor but then again roger staubach was in the navy for 6 yrs) and i will admit i wanted quinn and almost blacked out when we didnt take him but this draft is solid...game breaking wr, qb of the future, olineman who can start right away possibly, change of pace fast *** rb and a nose tackle whos gi-normous if we find a way to get ben patrick on the team wow...

Yeah, because when fans and pundits were negative about John Avery, it meant he was a great choice, right? And when they were negative about Jamar Fletcher, it meant he would be a star, right? :rolleyes2:
