The Next Miami Dolphins Head Coach in 2016 is....

This is the part that scares me the most. What is the likelihood of us getting a good coach? From the past, we always have a hard time getting people to want to come here.
 
Why wouldn't we stick in Marino as interim coach?

He's got the passion, the knowledge, and the love of the team. We all know the head coach doesn't need to know every little nuance. He just needs to provide vision, leadership and the right energy. There's no one that can do it better than Marino.
 
As long as it's not an O Line coach...I don't give a damn who it is.
 
He has zero coaching experience on any level. Does this really need to be explained?
 
I would like a defensive guy. Not sure why but they seem like better head coaches
 
It would take a miracle to get gruden. But I'm still hopeful.
