The O line today was horrific

Sure ill give them the benefit of the doubt that the first team only had 2 Week 1 starters in Incognito and Pouncey,

but WOW, i felt Thomas was sacked every time in the backfield! I'm seriously worried about the Right Gaurd Spot, i want John Jerry to be capable but apparently the coaches don't think so, he was part of the second team the entire night

and btw Pouncey was not solid today, i know he's learning alot you could tell the o line coach was on his *** but im worrried about what vince wilfork and albert haynesworth can do to him

I really hope we sign Oharra, I don't know what their plan with him is, but if I where Sparano I would start him at RG right next to Pouncey so we could not only fill our weak spot, but have one of the better vets to play C in recent years to play right next to Pouncey and coach him up as the season progresses

i would not worry man, these guys arent even in the greatest shape yet, it takes months for them to get in great shape and start looking good out there. Camp just started and pouncey is just a rookie out there learning the ropes of an nfl center, give him until preseason atleast before passing judgement on him. Jake long is also out, along with carey, 2 of our biggest starters on the o-line.

these guys have a habit of sticking first team players on the second team and vice versa. it worked out ok in 2008 and 2009, but obviously 2010 the wheels came off because the line had no cohesion. the sooner we settle on the starting line the better. esp since we have a shortened offseason.

if the line looks anything like this --- long - pouncey - incognito - jerry/garner - carey --- we'll be fine. but if sparano does what he seems to do every year and rapes it to look like this --- long - incognito - pouncey - jerry/garner - colombo/murtha --- we're screwed.
