The offensive problems are not Henne

that pass he threw to welker on us for 90+ yards over nolan carroll or whoever that was , was in deed a touch pass...one henne doesnt know how to make and probably never tried even in practice.

that was benny sappy however carroll got toasted shortly after in the texans game lol.

Don't forget that Henne's completion percentage is probably down this year because we are actually attacking down the field vs the dink and dunk offense of years past. His yards per attempt is at 7.8 vs 6.7 (2010), and 6.3 (2009).
When he brings his completion percentage into the low 60s his QB rating will be mid 80s.

Overall, I think we should give Henne some credit he seems much improved to me this season with what little time he has to throw, balls batted down at the line, receivers dropping passes, and operating under a new offense in a lock out shortened off season. Does he need to improve in the redzone? Absolutely.

i think chad henne has improved alot but i still believe he is our main problem. He panics under pressure and makes innaccurate throws due to pressure, he cant make the throws all good qbs can make. He cant get you 20 yards at the end of games when you need 20 yards to win the game.

COME ON NOW HE PANICS UNDER PRESSURE ? NOWAY bro he stands in there and makes his throws and dosent care to take thehit (just watch this sunday a little better) you want to see someone panic under pressure just go watch the jets games thats sanchez(cheezy) not Henne, imo Henne is doing his job as best as we should expect with the OL and the droped balls i dont care who you are your not going to thread the needle evertime manning dosent brady dosent and no im not compairing Henne to nobody just saying, and on top of the bad OL and the drops, Henne is learning a new offence, imo just give him time i belive he will make the QB that weve been lookin 4 since Marino retired, imo i think some on here is afraid for Henne to susceed.

I'll conceed that napsndreds...

I guess the touch pass I'm most referring to is the corner fade. Most of the td's I've seen brady throw especially this year have been bullets. he catches gronkowski in the middle of the back of the endzone or welker on a quick out, or sometimes the WR just stops and curls and ball is on the nats *** in a hurry...

yeah brady knows the offense well. plus guys catch everything because brady is throwing to them. put those guys on our team and they wouldnt be that good. hernandez and gronkowski they would probably make blockers over here.

Nobody throws a bullet pass on a fade route in the end zone. The whole idea is a jump ball in the corner. At least this is how I understand it.

a touch pass is throwing the ball with nothing on it ,it could also be a lob.more or less flipping it out of your hands.

Look at his record and how he performs in crunch time.

Henne plays with tons of heart and he has the raw talent to be a force in this league. dude was boarn to be a football QB. he wont succeed here but he'll have his day mark my words.

and to the "wu-tang" power - with a 9 ch-ch-bow move from the gate now!" love that sig.

I HAVE WATCHED ALOT OF FOOTBALL IN MY LIFE ,you i can tell your pretty smart when it comes to grading a player,i agree 100% with you Henne WILL turn out to be a great football player QB.I JUST HOPE ITS HERE , because he dose have heart and isnt afraid to take a hit, from what ive seen from him he has put the ballwhere it needed to be 85% of the time this year if they would quit dropping the passes.

imo im not sure we can look at his record and how hes been performing because if you look at that you would have to look at the OL hows it been performing for him ? and the WRs how have they been performing for him? it takes more than just a QB.IMO I DONT SEE TEAM IN QB.I SEE TEAM in the 12 players they have on the field right along with henne.

Henne's complete lack of awareness will always hold him back. He doesnt see the wide open receiver, he cant read a defense, and has no feel as to wehere the DL is. Henne can only complete a pass when his plays are scripted, and when everything else goes right - OL blocking and WR is wide open. If he is forced to make a play, he fails.

dude get real... he threw the ****ing ball all over the patriots. changing plays, reading defenses, hitting open receivers... the dude is not a probowler but he deserves more credit than you are giving him.
