Enough arguing about Red Sox-Yankees. Only one of them is still playing meaningful games! :)

Jeter 5 for 5. Forget regular season MVP, he wants post-season MVP!
 
Jeter was spectacular tonight, but let's not forget Bobby Abreu having 4 RBI's in his first post-season game as a Yankee. WOW!
 
I love the Abreu thing. Just showing how WRONG almost everyone was about him.

Not only the fans, but the press, scouts, GM's....etc

I was big time wrong about him. I didn't want him at first, but he showed that I knew very little about him. Very glad we have him!!
 
Tonight is a big game for this team. If we put Detroit down 2-0 they're in big trouble so we need to keep the pressure on them and get the big outs like we did last night. Plus getting big hits with 2 outs was great last night and the Yankees must continue to do that to go far in this post-season!
 
How bout that Jeter that plays for the Yankees. Pretty good player. Any chance the dolphins can pick him up. Anyways great game by the yankees. If thier bullpen can do thier job they should be in the series this year.

I hope we get it in (Rain Delay) and not waste tomorrows travel day....but as long as we take pitches, work deep in the count, get the Detriot Arms fatigued then I am happy.

All square, heading to Detriot 1-1.

Surprised with Moose giving up the lead, and outside of Johnny's blast our bats in the clutch with RISP didnt deliver.

I chalk it up to only 1 game, but man-o-man I sure hope its not a trend.
 
I thought they should have pulled Moose after the 6th. I know it was only one run an inning but when Mike loses a little confidence it's hard for him to get it back. Still, I think we'll have no problem closing this series out....
