Actually...both happened.

I would say that the Pats mistakes lost them the game. I guess though that the Browncos took advantage of the mistakes. You're right though, both happened, so kudos to Denver.

Are these two teams really the best the AFC has to offer??

It felt more like the Colts that we all knew in teh regular season never had a chance to show up today since they haven't played for over a month.

I'm very dissapointed with the AFC's offerings.

I hope the Panthers get a Super Bowl win, but every team just doesn't seem "great."

Both the Broncos and the Steelers beat legitimate contenders and proved that they were the better teams. They EARNED their victories. If the playoffs were limited to those teams only perceived as 'great' teams, there would be no reason to have a regular season.

In the NFL, you can't criticize a team for making it far in the playoffs. There are so many great teams and to survive means that you have to beat great teams.
