I'm simply posting this to see what type of NASCAR following may exist on this site. Personally, NASCAR is somewhat of an offseason thing for me. Nothing will ever be as prominent with me as Fins Football....EVER. Anyway, my family has favorite drivers ALL OVER the circuit. Kasey Kahne, Carl Edwards, Mark Martin, Dale Earnhardt Jr. (my bro has been a fan of his since his Busch days....before he blew up) and my personal favorite Martin Truex Jr. I picked Truex Jr. this year because he's a Chevrolet rookie with a clean slate and a buttload of potential (he's a two time Busch Champ and many other accolades in smaller circuits). So far Truex has done considerably well and I'm confident he'll be a front runner as early as next year. Martin's sponsor, Bass Pro Shops, couldn't possibly fit me more either. I'm all about fishing....all-seasons. Good stuff.

i love nascar i watch it every sunday. i became a fan about the day i was born. JR, Stewart, Edwards are my favs but i dont hate anyone except the buschs.

Big fan of the #24 Chevrolet. Although it's looking more and more like a 5th championship isn't going to happen for Gordon. Also a big fan of his teammate, Jimmie Johnson. I started liking Gordon because, frankly, he drives redneck yokels from south of the Mason-Dixon line nuts.

I am very clear on how I describe ANY auto racing. It is only to be called "MOTORSPORTS". That is very descriptive and straight to the point. That being said, it is a very valid practice I enjoy watching. :up:
