I have a friend who is a massive packers fan. Owns stock in the team..etc.
He said the Packer philosophy is building through the draft and not free agency.
Still, I am surprised we did not get Flynn. It obviously sounds like Ireland is a complete loser, and anyone who reads my posts knows I am not a fan of Ross at all.
The only thing I can stay positive for is that philbin influences a great draft for us. I'm already crushed we wont get rg3 and I am a little scared we go early on tannehill. I'm hoping we get a crop of Wrs who remind me of when Favre said the packers team he had was really good and everyone laughed at him. Unfortunately that is where we are right now.
The only positive left is the draft. If that does not go well, this could go down as the worst offseason I can remember. Before I say the sky is falling I will sit back and see if philbin can work some magic and steer Ireland in the draft, since I am quite sure that is the philosophy he wants to install here.
