Fiedler/Tim Bo to start against Eagles/Burnett on IR

Fiedler to start against Eagles
Defensive tackle Tim Bowens also practiced and is expected to play. He missed Sunday's game with a calf strain.

Reserve defensive lineman Rob Burnett was placed on injured reserve and will require arthroscopic knee surgery. Burnett's knee swelled following practice Thursday.

Injury report: Kicker Olindo Mare's right ankle is so sore that he struggled to put a sock on his right foot in the locker room Saturday.

"I did something to it in workouts before last game," Mare said, referring to last week's game at New England, where he did not attempt a field goal. "I'll be all right. I could have kicked field goals."

Quarterback Jay Fiedler (knee) and defensive tackle Tim Bowens (calf) again were limited in practice, but Wannstedt expects both to start.
