The probing Ireland was right about Dez bryant banned from a Dallas mall now..

sometimes the greatest talent an individual is blessed with can't overcome upbringing - or lack there of. Ireland shouldn't have stated the obvious, but we weren't the only team in moderate need of a WR who watched this punk nosedive in the draft.

Wow!! Just wow!!! A guy getting in trouble for having sagging pants=justification for Ireland's out of line question? Have we lost our mind?!? Some here would defend Hitler if he was in any way associated with the Dolphins. Did Dez Bryant make a mistake at the mall? Based on that account yes but does that justify Ireland's questions or anyone making him out to be this menace? Absolutely not!! The hypocrisy here is that had we drafted Dez and he had done for us what he did for the Cowboys in his 12 games we would all be defending him. How does refusing to pick up your pants (which if you know anything about pop culture, is a fashion statement. Not my thing but still...) make you a menace?

FYI, this is not an isolated incident - he's had other run-ins at this mall which by themselves might not have been important, but in the big picture says a lot more about him and his attitude than it does about security maybe overstepping their bounds in a policy to keep thuggery out of one of the area's most upscale malls.

oh but your'e right about Ireland's intemperate, almost reflex question. Hopefully he'll learn to keep his mouth shut and just think that if a mom walks, looks and quacks like a crack ho, no reason to make the son confirm it.
 
It was not just that he had baggy pants and the police could see most of his underwear and behind, but when asked to pull up his pants he replied with cursing and yelling obscenities.

Don't know about you fellas, but I tend to not curse at police, sure I'll give them a piece of my mind but your just asking for trouble.

Nobody should defend an idiot. It being a "trend" can kiss my a** because sagging your pants has been around for a long time. When I see a student doing that, I tell them to pull up their pants. It is disrespectful and looks like crap. It was his attitude afterward that is causing all of this attention. No respect for rules or law and this is what Ireland saw. Like Vaark said, no need to state the obvious.
 
What else do you expect from a kid who's mom is a hooker.
 
I simply remember Dez Bryant saying his dad was a pimp and that his mom worked for his dad and now he wants to act like punk jeff ireland made a great choice but not picking him
 
As ugly and as stupid as this trend is, he wasn't hurting anybody. If he was walking around the mall and they were doing something illegal, yeah but sagging his pants? Thats just stupid to stop somebody. I for one think that its the dumbest thing in the world walking around with your pants hanging off your *** but I will guarantee that all of you guys can go to your local mall, upscale or not, none of the security guards there have pants that fit them either. The economy is bad and this guy was going to spend money and probably spend alot of it. Good job mall cop, way to pick your battles and bring in the real police to waste their time. FYI, I don't like the guy and I think he's the next coming of TO but wow.

Instead of complying, Bryant starting talking **** and not being reasonable. Isn't that what he got the boot for? The pants were just the first part of the unnecessary debacle.
