My personal feeling is that if he can't figure out that the waist of your pants go around the waist of your body, there is more complex things that he won't be able to figure out either. For example, cussing at cops. His character is definitely in question, as it should be. He is the next coming of TO.
By the way, in Atlanta (where I live) it is illegal to have your underwear visible. Whether cops enforce it is a different story, but it is punishable by citation and jail for multiple offenses.
 
a real man would have just complied with the officer's instructions,got all of the necessary officer id info,taken the badge number,and then filed a complaint on the officer and kept it moving!REAL MEN recognize bs and act accordingly.

because of bad programming from the time he was born he doesn't do that.hmmm,where was dez' father?thus the lack of manhood here.and what MAN is wearing saggy pants in the first place?
