Found a way to lose to Carolina today 17-6 after holding Jake Delhomme to 7/27 for 72 yards with a TD and 4 picks.....

So we've got that going for us :lol:
 
i would love to say the raider game will be a cakewalk but i also said the seahawk game would and it was anything but a cakewalk. the raiders are a team we should beat, but the way julius jones ran on us, im a little nervous what fargas and bush are going to do to us.
 
I think we will release our frustrations from this game and destroy the Raiders. I mean come on 2 weeks ago they had something like 50 total yards against the Falcons.
 
This is the same team that didn't get a single first down and had negative yards in a half last week at home....Andrew Walter is their QB.

You guys are giving them too much credit.

Perhaps, but outside of the New England game, when has the offense shown it really has the ability to really put the score out of reach and put teams away? On paper, the Dolphins should roll, but given the problems on 3rd and long, the increasing inability to run the ball often when it matters most, and having to settle for FG's instead of TD's too much, I can see the Raiders being allowed to hang around a lot longer than they should.

we will definately play down to them so it should be another nailbiter.. Well maybe not definately, but I fully expect us to play down to them
 
i agree dolpns13! every game we play a team, we seem to be playing at the level of that team. for example SD, BUF, and DEN were all games we thought we would lose, but we played well as they had done and won. now we play a poorer Seattle team and we almost lose. i think we bring ourselves down to the other teams level of talent, so i think this raiders game is going to be another close one.
 
This will be a tough game. All of them will be. Their will be many ridiculous predictions in the weekly prediction thread though. Some fans never learn. There really isn't that big a difference between the fringe playoff teams and the sucky teams in this league. Oakland has played some tough games, KC's been playing better, St. Louis shows up from time to time and even SF will be tougher than most think.
 
the seahawks play with pride the raiders, don't give a **** about the team, the coach, the owner or each other. in fact they don't want to play for the raiders at all. I see us winning this game because they just don't care.
