:fire: ...and some other team that has managed to win more games than us fired theirs also, but we are keeping Mularkey for what reason?! The Ravens offense has scored like 30 more points total than us and they fired their O-Coordinator. What are we holding on to him for...the season is a wash, we should start building for next year now. And by the way, Mularkey should have been fired when he promised the offense was going to look and be basically Linehans offense. Mularkeys play-calling looks nothing like last years.:fire:

Yeah man I am in total agreement from day one i didnt want him and now more than ever i want him gone i cant stand and i mean cant STAND his play calling

i think they both suck ...... we need some one really good ........ we need tom moore of the colts ...... that type of a o coordinater

no way im from maryland i hate jim fassel he sucks he was a bad head coach in NY and a bad O cordinator for b-more

Because Nick is loyal to a fault!!!!!!
You see it with his coaches...I think he has every friend he has ever had coaching this team

You see it with the players...He continues to load up on LSU players.
He never calls out individual players no matter how bad they have played
(today with Randy was a great example)

He started Daunte who for all intents and purpose should not have started the season no matter how much you love Daunte it was just wrong throwing him to the wolves in his condition.

I think this man is very thick headed and change is very difficult for him so
expect more of the same because I doubt he will get rid of anyone.
The only way he would would be if his hand was delt by Wayne and Wayne said time to make a change.

I'm sorry but I hate the direction and mindset of this team with Nick at the helm and I believe it's time for Nick to step down and admit that for some reason these group of players just wont play like they should for him and also
take responsibility for coaching mistakes as well as his poor Gm skills, his lack of a decent draft in 2 years, his inability to get even marginal play out of this teams group of playmakers or so called stars.

I don't know where and when it went wrong but nobody can deny that
it is wrong and getting worse each and every week. A good example would be 2 weeks ago Nick said that we would have a more balanced offence between the pass and run...Now Nick how has that worked out??

How about 2nd half adjustments...I don't think we bother with this process!

It's sad that Nick and his 22 coaches cant figure out how to improve this team and for me it's time that the good old boy network is broken up

Time to get a hard a@@ in here to make the serious changes that need to be made for this team to regain the pride it once had.

Part of being a head coach is being a manager, and right now Mularkey isn't doing the job. Even if he can't control how the players execute plays, he can control what plays are being called, and he is doing a HORRIBLE job at it. The sad part about Mularkey "giving up early on the run game" is he is giving up on a run game that is working. Give Ronnie the ball, if he is averaging 4 yards throughout the first 2-3 quarters, his average is only going to go up late in the game against a tired defense.

I STOPPED READING AFTER "HIS LACK OF A DECENT DRAFT"...WE HAVE HAD GOOD DRAFTS AND WE HAVE A GOOD GM...SEE ALL THE TALENT MUELLER LOADED NEW ORLEANS WITH. THEY JUST SUCKED BECAUSE THE COACHING SUCKED. I THINK MOST OF TH BLAME SHOULD FALL ON MULARKY FOR HIS 90 - 10 PASS TO RUSH RATIO. I MEAN, SABAN HAS TO TAKE SOME BLAME BECAUSE HE IS THE HEAD COACH, BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF THIS, HE NEEDS TO NOT BE FIRED AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF, BUT FIRE OUR OC BECAUSE HIS STYLE OF OFFENSE OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT IS A TOTAL FAILURE. I THINK CAPERS IS DOING A GOOD JOB WITH OUR D, WE NEED A REAL OC TO MATCH

This was the first week that I don't blame Mularkey, the WRs and McMichael were the biggest problem today. With the defense a close 2nd.

Nick Saban isnt an offensive coach. He's a defensive coach, and he is reliant on a good offensive mind to handle that side of the ball. Brian Billick and Denny Green have been offensive coordinators, and can handle playcalling.
