yeah, 1 and 4 sucks....but mathimatically ( which is a standard the NFL qualifies the play-off structure for ),all that means is that we can not go 13-3 this year..

thats all it means....

cmon guys, 12-4 aint so bad is it?
 
Many of us set the expectations very high this year. Why do you think so many people are bummed?
 
I'm just hoping for a 3-4 record before the bye.
 
dude, seriously, i know it sucks man...im just trying to make lite of the whole thing.. pitt started off horribly last year, and they won it all....

all i really am wanting to say, is we've played 5 games, and it sucks that we only got won (pun intended, again for comedic purposes) of them, but IT IS possible....
 
I am not giving up. Our defense gives us a chance to win every game, so anything is possible.

I don't know...right now...our coaches look clueless...Daunte looked like he was in shock....and Ronnie looks timid as h3ll...

also, why no throws to Chambers??
 
i think most of us were i hate to say it but stupid but not literally.we overlooked cpep's injury and thought it was a miracle that he would play so early but really that kind of hurt us and him.we were so siked that he would start but really we would have been better off giving joey a couple starts till cpep got back unless joey was tearing it up but we still have a chance.tommorrow is a MUST win

the expectations were based on believing Culpepper was ready to play, we were fooled by Daunte, if we had Joey all the way as he is healthy, I truly believe we could be 3-2 and possibly 4-1 right now. We could of started out the gate on fire and with confidence. Daunte screwed up alot of all that, want to believe that or not.
 
sorry 1-4 we are not finishing 12-4 nor 11-5 nor 10-6 9-7 at best and thats pushing it no way we do better than that i'll be shocked

That would be nice. Until we get to there, I'm not even thinking about the playoffs. Get us to 3-4 then upset Chicago, then we can talk.

I agree all is not lost yet. A win today and next Sunday (both very winnable games) and the Phins could enter the bye week at 3-4. That extra week of rest might get Jeno James healthy again. I thought he was one of the better OL when he was healthy but he isn't playing good right now and it's causing problems for the offense. Second half schedule is tough but if Jeno can get healthy, and Harrington can get into a rhythm, this team could still be dangerous and could still make a playoff push.
